How can I obtain a proof of payment for a transfer I just made?

Once you have authorised a payment and it is processed, access your Recent Activity, select the transfer in question and click on Report. Here you will be able to view your payment confirmation. You are also able to download the confirmation and send as an attachment in case of need.


If the payment is on 'pending' status it is still in process, and you may choose to stop the payment if required by clicking 'Stop Transfer'. 


This functionality is available on both app and desktop versions.
