Activating my Moneybase card

Your Moneybase card is active, but you may still need to switch on your card security settings before using it.

To choose how your card can be used:

1. Open the Moneybase app.
2. Tap Cards from the bottom menu.
3. Go to Security.
4. Switch on the payment methods you want to use:
   • Swipe payments
   • Contactless payments
   • ATM withdrawals
   • Online payments

Once these settings are switched on, you can use your card according to the payment methods you enabled.

Please note that your first payment may ask for your PIN, even if you are using swipe or contactless. This is an extra security step to help protect your account.
