Documents needed to open a Moneybase Business account

Our online application form provides step by step guidance on the details required to open a business account. As part of the account opening process, you will be required to submit the following documents:

  • Certificate of Incorporation 
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association OR Deed of Partnership OR Trust Deed 
  • Board Resolution (see our template here)
  • Identity document (and proof of address if the ID document does not contain one) for all UBO's-Partner, Beneficiaries, Settlors, Trustees, Directors and Signatories (as applicable)


Other documents which may be requested include:

  • Ownership Chart with Percentages (if the ownership contains more than two layers of shareholding) 
  • Audited financials or equivalent 
  • Bank statements (if applicable)
