FATCA & CRS Business Form

Modified on Wed, 7 May at 4:08 PM

As a regulated Financial Institution, Moneybase is required to adhere to various reporting obligations. FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) are two such examples where, as part of renewed efforts for increased cooperation among tax authorities between jurisdictions, financial institutions are required to provide financial account information related to their clients to the Maltese tax authorities.

To ensure adherence to both FATCA and CRS, Moneybase requires that its business clients complete our Self-Certification Forms, which can be accessed through this link FATCA & CRS Form.
