In order to pass the verification process, your identity document must fulfil the following requirements:
- it must be a supported identity document type,
- not be handwritten,
- not be expired, damaged, or unreadable
- the personal information on the document must match the information in your Moneybase account
If your verification has failed, please try again and ensure that the images taken are clear and legible without blur or glare and with all four corners showing.
