Why has my card deposit to my moneybase account failed / pending?

The most common reasons for deposits via debit or credit cards to fail are insufficient funds, incorrect card details and expired cards. 


If you are sure that the details are correct and the deposits still continue to fail, please contact our customer care.


If you see your transaction is showing as pending for more than 24 hours please contact us.
