Recipient has not yet received the money?

There are two ways to send money from the Moneybase app:


Person to Person Payment (P2P) - Moneybase User

If you sent money to another Moneybase user then the funds will be received immediately.  If this is not the case contact us.


Outward Bank Transfer

We process outgoing bank transfers multiple times a day, and you will immediately receive an email notification once the payment has been processed. Receipt of the money depends on when your request was initiated as well as the receiving bank's respective cut-off times.
  

If you have sent funds via a bank transfer, keep in mind that these can take up to 2 days to be received especially if the request was sent after business close or on a weekend or public holiday. If the time period has passed, please contact our support team.
