I don't recognise a card payment

If you have received a push notification regarding a payment or found a payment on your statement that you do not recognise, it is advisable to freeze your card from the cards section until you investigate. 


Should you not be able to identify the transaction you can contact us and our team will assist you further.


Should it be deemed that this transaction was fraudulent we will assist you to raise a chargeback and re-credit your account.
