Why was my online card transaction declined?

Kindly check your card settings to ensure your card is not frozen (in which case you can unfreeze it), or that you have not disabled the ability to make online transactions. 


To enable online transactions, click on Cards, then Security, and switch the toggle to on for online transactions. 


You may also enable or disable Swipe, ATM according to your preference. 


Please also make sure that you have enough funds in your account to process the payment.
