User permissions are an essential feature in the setting up and ongoing administration of a Moneybase business account, as they determine the actions that each user is authorized to perform on the account/s.
Below is a list of the permissions available:
- Create payments - the maximum daily cumulative transaction limit for creating outgoing bank transfers
- Self-sign payments - the maximum daily cumulative transaction limit for sending outgoing bank transfers without an approver
- Approve payments - the maximum daily cumulative transaction limit the user can approve (note: this is not applicable to self-created payments, sole traders or small business plans)
Payment permissions may be modified, deleted or updated at any time by submitting a signed change of user form.
Kindly note that we accept electronic signatures on our online forms.
