Waiting for verification?
If you’ve already uploaded your identification document, please allow up to 24 hours for us to review it. You’ll receive a notification as soon as the process is complete.
Document rejected?
To pass verification, your document must:
Be a supported ID type (passport or national ID)
Not be handwritten
Be valid, undamaged, and fully readable
Have details that match your Moneybase account exactly
Photo tips: Make sure your upload is clear, glare-free, and includes all four corners of the document.
If your verification failed, you can try again by uploading a corrected image or document.
Under 16?
You must be at least 16 years old to operate a Moneybase account.
If you're under 16, you can still apply, we'll activate your account once you come of age.
