Proof of address

Modified on Wed, 7 May at 4:08 PM

If you submit a document without a visible address as part of your identity verification, you will also be asked for a valid "proof of residence" document such as a:

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • National ID card document
  • Driver's License
  • Residence Permit
  • Letting Agreement

The document must include your full name and the corresponding residence address you quoted during the application process.

In the case of a utility bill or a bank statement, this should be a document issued within the last six months.

We understand that personal circumstances might change with time. Therefore we may need to contact you periodically to request updated documentation or seek clarification to comply with our regulatory requirements.

Should you need to change your address, you can do this easily through our Mobile App. Once logged in, simply navigate to the "More" tab at the bottom right of the app, then select "personal details" to make the necessary changes to your address.

Our app will also request you to upload a new proof of address document following your update.
