To close a Moneybase business account, kindly submit your written request to support@moneybase.com, specifying the reason for the closure.
Our Customer Experience team will reach out to you once your request has been processed. Please note that only the account holder can initiate the closure, and all funds must be withdrawn from your accounts prior to this action.
After your account is closed, you will lose access to it. Please ensure to download and save any statements you may require for future reference.
