My phone has been lost or stolen

If your device has been misplaced or if you suspect that it may have been stolen, we suggest you immediately remote lock the device through your respective phone's procedure and report the phone as stolen to the local police.


Once you have access to a new device simply download the moneybase app and login with your number and passcode to recover your account. As a security precaution please change your Moneybase passcode.
