With Moneybase Business, user roles and permissions are customizable based on your needs and apply across the standard wallets on the account. In addition to permissions related to payment functions, you can also assign permissions for accessing the portfolio, creating investment orders, executing foreign currency conversions, and administering cards.

Role access for cards

The Account Owner can administer all aspects of the account, including assigning and managing cards for all users on the account.

An Administrator can also assign and manage cards across the account, except for their own cards.

User permissions are typically configured during the account opening process. However, changes to permissions can also be made at any time in the future by completing and submitting a change of user form.

Please note that submitting a new change of user form will replace the existing permissions setup only for the users listed in that form. It is therefore important to include all permissions required for any users whose access is being changed.

At Moneybase, we follow stringent protocols to uphold best-in-class compliance procedures, helping to ensure the security of your finances and data.
