Your card expiry date can be found both on your physical card and in the Moneybase app.
If you have used your card at least once in the six months before the expiry date, a new card will be issued automatically.
If your card has not been used during the last six months, a replacement card will not be sent automatically. You will need to order a new card through the app.
You can also order a replacement card yourself up to 28 days before the card’s expiry date.
Once your old card expires, it will be automatically removed from the app and will no longer work. You will still be able to view all transactions related to your old card.
If your card is close to expiry and you are unsure whether a replacement will be sent automatically, please contact Moneybase Support through the app so we can check this for you.
