My card has been lost or stolen

If your card has been lost or stolen you can freeze the card immediately through the Moneybase app. This will ensure your money is protected and you can then proceed to order a replacement card straight away. 


You can also block your card by calling us on +356 25 688 688


Should you suspect that you have been a victim of fraud, please reach out to one of our support agents immediately. You will need to provide them with a copy of the police report for us to investigate and assist with any chargebacks needed.
