My card has been lost or stolen

If your card has been lost or stolen, you can freeze it immediately through the Moneybase app. This helps protect your money, and you can then order a replacement card straight away.


You can also block your card by contacting us through one of the following channels:

  • Chat with us in the Moneybase app or website
  • Call us on +356 25 688 688


If you suspect that you have been a victim of fraud, please contact one of our support agents immediately through chat or by phone. You may need to provide a copy of the police report so that we can investigate and assist with any chargebacks where applicable.
