Freezing my card

You can freeze your card at any time if you are not using it, you lost it or it may have been stolen. 


From the app select 'cards' and tap on the card you wish to freeze. Select 'Freeze Card' to stop the card from being used.


If the card has been lost or stolen we recommend you also file a report with the local authorities and proceed to order a new card.
