    • Tap Freeze Card to temporarily block transactions
    • This helps protect your money while you assess the situation

    • After freezing your card, you can order a replacement directly through the app
      Follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card
    • This helps ensure you can continue using Moneybase services without significant interruption
    • Contact Moneybase Support
  2. If you prefer to block your card with assistance, or if you need further help, you can contact Moneybase Support through:
    • Chat in the Moneybase app or website

  3. Support agents can help with any concerns or questions, especially if you are unable to access the app
    • Report the incident to local authorities
    • File a report with your local police department regarding the lost or stolen card
      Obtain a copy of the police report for your records
