My card has been compromised

If you suspect that your card has been used without your permission, please freeze the card immediately from the Cards section of the Moneybase app to protect your funds. 


You can then proceed to order a replacement card from within the app.


Should you suspect that you have been a victim of fraud, please reach out to one of our support agents immediately. You will need to provide them with a copy of the police report for us to investigate and assist with any chargebacks needed.
